Once you’ve connected to an accounting platform you’ll need to map nominal codes to be able to post journals.
Each element of a payslip goes to a specific pay code and, we give the ability to map these to nominal codes.
On the nominal codes page, you’ll see a button at the top-right to load the codes from the accounting platform.
If you click this then we’ll connect to the accounting platform and get the list of codes.
Then, instead of manually typing in a code number, you can select the relevant nominal code from the drop-down list.
If you haven’t yet entered a value for the mapping, then for many cases, we’ll attempt to pre-select an appropriate code for you.
