Staffology payroll directly integrates with Sage One, allowing users to create journal entries, Setup is simple – connect to Staffology, and you can then map any payroll codes (such as PAYE) to your accounting software.

Getting started
Create a Staffology account; it’s free to use up until you need to submit a genuine FPS.
Ensure you have at least one employer created in Staffology; a demo employer is available for testing purposes.
Select the employer name from the menu, then Settings and Connected Services.
Choose the Accounting tab and select the Sage logo.
You’ll be taken to the Sage website and asked to grant permission to access your account.
Approve the access request. You are now connected and will return to Staffology.
Mapping Nominal Codes
You now need to map each Pay Code in Staffology to a nominal code in your Sage chart of accounts.
Select the employer name in the main menu and choose Settings, followed by Pay Codes. Then select Nominal Codes and then Load codes from Sage.
Your chart of accounts from Sage is retrieved and used to populate the drop-down lists.
You can now map a Pay Code in Staffology to the relevant code from Sage.
When finished, remember to select Update Mappings.
Posting Journals
Every time you finalise a payrun, we will connect to your Sage account and create a journal entry with the appropriate lines.
You can verify that the journal has been posted by going to Reports -> Payruns -> Journal Entry.
