Staffology payroll integrates with KashFlow so that you can automate journal entries. After connecting to Staffology, you will need to map desired payroll items (such as Pensions) with codes in the accounting software you have chosen.

Learn how to integrate Staffology payroll with your KashFlow account in a few steps.
Create a Staffology account; it is free to use until you want to submit a genuine FPS to HMRC.
Ensure you’ve enabled the API in your KashFlow account – go to the main menu and select Apps, then API Settings at the top of the page.
Before you can connect to KashFlow, you need at least one employer in Staffology.
Once you’ve created an employer, select the employer name in the main menu and go to Settings -> Connected Services.
Choose the Accounting tab and select the KashFlow logo.
Enter your KashFlow username and password.
We need to know which nominal code in KashFlow to use for each Pay Code in Staffology.
Select the employer from the main menu and choose Settings -> Pay Codes. Select Nominal Codes at the top of the page and then Load codes from KashFlow.
The codes from your KashFlow account are in the drop-down lists. You can now map a Pay Code in Staffology to the relevant nominal code in KashFlow.
Once you’ve finished mapping codes, you need to select Update Mappings to save your selection.
As soon as you finalise a payrun, we’ll connect to your KashFlow account and create a journal entry.
You can verify that the journal has been posted by going to Reports -> Payruns -> Journal Entry.
