It’s been a busy week in terms of improvements.
Tuesday saw the release of enhancements to Accrued Holiday Pay.
And yesterday we made it easier to manage P45s.

Today’s update is a small one.Since very early on in our existence you’ve been able to set employee payslips to be password protected for GDPR compliance.

We just took a lead from Xero and used a combination of the employees surname and date of birth to create a password.

I assumed at some point customers would ask for the ability to set a custom password. But no one ever has – until this week.

Ask and you shall receive!*

So now you can choose to specify a password instead of using the default. More info here.

And of course you can import the password using our CSV importer.

*not a contractually binding statement
